Include fruits and vegetables of different colours in your diet.
Include sufficient amount of fruits, vegetables, cereals and essential fats in your daily intake.
Cut down on Salt intake.
Avoid refined sugars completely.
Eat at regular intervals, Do not skip meals, do not over eat.
Drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water daily.
Keep a tab on your BMI/ Body weight.
Go for 40 minutes walks everyday and incorporate some kind of physical activity in your daily routine.
