Ingredient:

Oats- 2 cups Puffed rice - 1 cup Water melon seeds - 1.5 cups Ghee (clarified butter)-1 cup Gur - 1.5 cups Coco powder 4 tsp Cinnamon - 3 tsp Elaichi- 3 tsp Vanilla essence - 2 tsp Resins- 0.25 cup Almonds- 0.5 cup Peanuts - 1 cup Peanut butter- 4 table spoons Cashew nuts- 0.25 cup Salt- half a teaspoon Honey- 0.5 cup


Method- • Roast the oats and puffed rice till golden brown, leave aside in a mixing bowl. • Roast the peanuts, almonds, watermelon seeds and cashew nuts until golden, grind about half of them in a food processor finely and the other half roughly. • Put the ghee in a pan and melt gur in it, add peanut butter and honey. • Add the spices, vanilla essence, salt and coco to the wet mix (can also add a bit of coffee if desired). • Mix the dry ingredients quickly, • Pour it out on a tray lined with foil, spread it quickly before it cools and then put in the fridge for half and hour, • Take it out and cut to desired shape.
